Vintage Sterling Silver Blood Red Garnet Round Cabochon Multi Use Pendant / Brooch Necklace

An unusual Sterling silver multi use pendant / brooch necklace with round garnet cabochons. 

In amazing preloved condition without damage that I can see. Might need a slight clean if desired. Sterling silver as it’s been fully tested but the hallmark has worn away. The chain is marked 925 and tested also and measures at 18 inches in length. Size of the pendant is in the pictures.
